Freephone (0800 and 0808)
Local Rate (0845)
National Rate (0870)
Fixed National Rate (0871)

In addition to Ordinary Call Transfer (OCT) services, where a NTS number is translated to a single destination number; Comms Management also provides a comprehensive set of Enhanced Call Plans. These allow your business to have multiple routing options for a single number based on various parameters, such as time of day, day of week and area of call origination. 0800/0808 Freephone (Caller pays nothing - You pay for the inbound call)
0845 Local Rate (Caller pays local rate - You pay the balance of the call cost)
0870 National Rate (Customer pays national rate - You pay nothing - You generate a revenue stream)
0871 Special Rate (Caller pays fixed rate – You pay nothing – You generate higher level revenue stream)

There is no need to change your existing telephone number or services as your chosen NGN sits in front of your existing telephone number.

If you have a non-geographic number with another provider, you may be able to move to Comms Management without changing your number. This is called Porting.

Porting

Our wide range of porting agreements means that when you implement your Comms Management solution, you may be able to retain your existing non-geographic phone numbers, removing the cost and inconvenience of re-advertising a new number and changing your business literature.
