Over a 12 month period, Comms Management's IT Support Plan provides your business with 20 dedicated hours of full support by highly qualified IT staff. This Plan gives you complete reassurance, vastly reduced incidence of problems, and full emergency support cover for those times when the unexpected happens.
Complete reassurance is not costly, and will fit the budget of most businesses. If, at the end of the year, you find you have not used your hours, you can carry 25% of the total hours over to the following year. The plan is simple and cost effective. What’s more, we do not charge travelling time.
You can flex Comms Management's IT Support Plan in any way you choose. Options include response within 4 hours, additional hours per year, and remote management.
Health Check included
Early preventative action can significantly reduce problems at a later date. The IT Support Plan includes a half day health check that enhances your system’s performance, improves reliability, and ensures high standards of IT security.
Attention is given to optimizing the efficiency of your network and server, Internet security, E mail, backup strategy, virus protection, administration, and access control.
The remote management option allows us to deliver with immediacy. By creating a remote link from your premises to ours, we will speedily resolve problems as they arise. Experience has shown us that 95% of issues can be dealt with in this way.
Our dedicated service support centre will respond to your telephone call within 6 rings. Our engineers will attend to your IT problem within 8 working hours*.
