PSTN Analogue Lines
Public Switched Telephony Network (PSTN) is the analogue network for business customers in the UK. Analogue lines are single lines that are primarily used for making voice calls, connecting to fax machines and connecting to a modem for dial up internet.
Comms Management can install new PSTN lines to business customers in 7 working days. A BT engineer will arrive and fit the equipment accordingly.
Transferring your PSTN lines to Comms Management takes only 10 working days. In joining Comms Management you will benefit from substantial savings on your calls as well as discounts on your line rental.
A range of calling features are available on your analogue line once you have transferred to Comms Management or had a new line installed.
Please note: It is important to check that you are not currently in any long term contracts with BT Retail for any of your lines or services that you are transferring to Comms Management. It is also important to check that you are not in any form of call commitment package with BT Retail. Comms Management will not be held responsible for any charges incurred as a result of cancellation of a contract between a customer and BT.
